No seafood feast is complete without Romoulade sauce- and ours is absolutely wonderful. Top anything with this, but crabcakes are divine with a dollop or two right there for dipping or topping.
People in the South put it on Po Boys, and you could even put it on a burger and your fries. Of course around here it goes on fish, crab cakes and even the occasional stone crab claw.
