When our crabbers pull in their pots, the largest claws are selected and set aside for the Jumbo category- so our customers have the option of enjoying claws that are absolutely enormous!
Like all stone crab meat, these jumbo claws are harvested with sound ecological principles in mind. Crabbers take only the claw and crabs are returned to their habitat where they’ll grow another in 18 months.
